By registering identifiers through SRI, you retain ownership of your research outputs. SRI claims no ownership over the underlying works associated with any identifiers it mints.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScitekHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the SRI platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
